What We Do
Every adolescent deserves a bright and resilient future, but many face mental health challenges that hinder their growth and potential. Growing Freely is on a mission to fund crucial mental health care services to adolescents and young adults, fostering a community of support and understanding.

Through donor funding, individuals can receive health services free of charge and feel comfortable receiving care, no questions asked.

Why We Do It
Teens and young adults are faced with unique health challenges that are often stigmatized and shamed by our society. These challenges can include mental health concerns, sexual and reproductive issues, and access to gender-affirming care. Because of the sensitive nature of these issues, patients often forgo treatment altogether.
Costs of common health services can cause significant financial strain on those who need them most. A mental health consultation can cost up to $150-$250 per hour, and specialty services $350+ a visit. Most self-pay costs are simply out of reach for teens or young adults and their families. Further, insurance companies
dictate the healthcare industry, making it increasingly challenging to find quality, individualized care with no strings attached.
